Game terms

Climb to Comfort is an AdvantaServ browser game. These terms describe its current gameplay and account features.

Playing and saving results

The first verified run determines the saved campaign score and service reward. Replays may improve your best score on the separate All Runs leaderboard. All Runs has no prizes and does not replace your first-run monthly prize score or reward. Use your own account and accurate contact details. Do not submit fabricated gameplay, automated scores, or use additional accounts to evade the first-run limit.

Rewards and booking

A displayed or accepted reward is not an appointment confirmation or an automatically applied invoice credit. One game reward may be used per invoice and cannot be combined with another promotional discount. Request an appointment or call AdvantaServ to confirm eligible service and application of the reward. Online requests are not confirmed appointments until our team confirms the details and time.

Reward delivery and redemption are still being set up. Any monthly prize promotion requires published official rules covering eligibility, dates, selection, and fulfillment before launch. The leaderboard display alone does not supply those rules.

Account and leaderboard

Leaderboard participation is optional. Choose a display name or hide your name in account settings. Account data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
