Privacy policy

This privacy policy describes how AdvantaServ handles information in Climb to Comfort, its browser game at play.advantaserv.com.

Information used by the game

You can start playing without signing in. The game records a browser identifier, run timing, gameplay controls, score, and reward amount to validate first runs and replays. Browser storage also remembers local progress and personal bests.

When you sign in with Google, Google provides your account identifier, email address, and basic profile information, including your name and, if available, profile picture. The game uses Google sign-in for authentication. It does not request access to Gmail, contacts, calendars, or Drive files.

The account form collects your name, mobile number, service address, optional display name, and leaderboard preferences. We also store your saved first result, verified replay scores, and whether you accepted your reward. Appointment requests include your selected service, request details, contact preference and the contact details from your account.

How information is used

We use this information to create and remember your account, validate gameplay, save your reward, display scores when you choose to participate, support service and reward requests, and investigate technical issues or misuse. Creating an account does not itself enroll you in marketing texts.

What other players see

If you enter the leaderboard, it shows your score with your chosen display name or your first name and last initial. Choosing to hide your name displays Anonymous Player. Your phone, email, service address, and full account name are not included in the public leaderboard response.

Service providers and access

The game uses Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, and Grand Peak Systems (HighLevel) for the service-request page and customer follow-up. When you submit an appointment request, your contact details, service address, request details, consent selection and verified game reward are sent to AdvantaServ’s customer management account. These providers process information needed to provide their services, including technical request data. Authorized AdvantaServ personnel may access account and game records for operation, support, and reward administration. The game does not include a feature that sells your Google account data or uses it for advertising targeting.

Storage and security

The game uses cookies and browser storage to remember sign-in and first-run state. Account and game records remain stored so your first result can be restored and rewards administered. Private profile access is restricted; public leaderboard responses contain only display names and scores. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can edit your details and leaderboard preferences from your account. You can revoke Google access through Google Account connections; revoking access does not automatically delete previously saved game records. To request access, correction, or deletion of your game account data, email mitchgraham@grandpeaksmedia.com and identify Climb to Comfort. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
